How billing works:
Billing for DSL services is billed to the subscriber as one charge which includes the DSL line conditioning (aka a loop charge). You (the ISP) will bill your subscriber for the bandwidth and ISP services (Email, Spam & Virus Protection, Disk Space, Online Web Portal etc.) and DSL line conditioning.
